  • And, ALL your must-haves.We will share our knowledge of municipal codes and bylaws. And, we will get to know you and your family.

Sustainable Options: We can provide options to reduce your home’s environmental footprint, from renewable energy sources like solar panels and green roofs to energy-efficient doors and windows. We can also suggest ways to reduce energy consumption, such as home insulation

Zoom meetings available: When the homeowner cannot meet face to face, we will find a way to connect that suits them. We know every homeowner and their projects are different. And we’ve successfully worked with many out-of-town landlords who find it challenging to meet on-site.

When the consultation is on-site, we’ll take the exact measurements and dimensions we need, paying careful attention to every detail.

If we cannot meet on site, we will need access to ensure accurate measurements. We are very efficient and can accomplish this task quickly.

Following our first meeting we will integrate all the information into a clear cost and send you a quote.

It’s hard to make any decisions without understanding the potential cost.

We provide accurate estimates for the project completion, whether you want to move forward with Davies Home as your home builder or if you just need the design work.

We want you and your family to be able to make informed choices.

Our Quotes: Before each item listed you will see one of two labels:

Customized and Standard

Customized: All items labelled as ‘Customized’ include ‘the wants’ specified in the consultation

Standard: All item labelled as ‘Standard’ are the base cost (quality products at a reasonable price)

Personalize each item to work for you and your family

Once you receive your quote we will follow up to discuss the details. At this time you may decide:

1- You want to enhance certain parts of your project

For example, Siding to Brick, Bathtub in all bathrooms, Extended Kitchen Island

The options are endless.

2- You want to reduce the cost by removing certain parts

There’s far to many variants for any worthwhile example. In summary, you chose where and how to invest in your home. And, we are right there with you while you decide if you need guidance or answers.

With a finalized budget in place we finalize the details in contract. Once you sign the price will not change in any way unless you want it too.
